Sure is great seeing a picture of my Uncle Leo. Are you sure the man standing next to him (on his left) isn't Albert Joseph Avellar? Uncle Al was born in 1894 and would have been about 36 in 1930. He lived in the east end around this time and was the father of Albert Avellar, Jr., founder of the Dolphin Fleet in Provincetown.
