Architectural Description: 38 Pearl Street is a 1 1/2-story, 3-bay central entry cottage. front-gable roof has large shed dormers on each roof slope, creating 2nd story space. Main entry on gable end includes pane and panel door with storm; wood stoop with 2 sets of steps. Fenestration includes 8/1 DHS (wood) with storms on front. 6/1 and 2/1 elsewhere. 1/1 DHS in dormers. Diamond-shaped shingles shaped in a diamond formation in front gable end and east side of shed dormers, toward primary building facade. secondary entry toward rear of south facade; accessed by wood steps and small deck. Raised rusticated block foundation.
Historical Narrative: Building may be older with a 20th century foundation.
