Architectural Description: 4 Pearl St. is a 1-story, 2-bay dwelling with additions. Raised brick foundation created 2nd story, moving the main entrance up to 2nd story. Front-gable roof with partial returns; brick chimney at ridge. The main entry is located at the 2nd story, and consists of double multi-light doors with flat hood and pendanted end brackets; accessed by wood stair - deck extends to south end of main (east) facade. 2-story square bay to right of the main entry; canted bay at the 2nd story of the south facade with details similar to front bay - a 1-story flat roof addition below accommodates a secondary entrance. Windows are generally 1/1 vinyl DHS. 3-story addition at the rear with entrances on the south and north facades connects the main block to a 2-story gable roof section at the rear; wood shingle cladding here. 6/6 DHS in gable end of rear section.
