Architectural Description: 3 Central Street is a 2-story, 5-bay cottage with a 2-story rear addition. The side gable roof is clad in asphalt shingles; partial returns; offset gable dormer clad in wood shingles. Corner boards present. The main entry, offset to the left side of the primary facade, contains a modern panel aluminum door with modern storm, accessed by 2 brick steps. Fenestration includes 1/1 wood DHS with storms and wood surround; 1/1 vinyl DHS, fixed vinyl picture and single-light casements are located in the rear addition. The 2-story rear shed-roofed addition creates a full second story for this building. A 1-story shed roofed vestibule with wood shingle siding is located to the rear of the building.
