Architectural Description: This is a 2-story, 3-bay building with 1-story, 3-bay side ell. The front-gable roof has a brick chimney on the north roof slope. Partial cornice returns and large frieze present. The building is clad in wood shingles, with panels of diamond-shaped shingles in gable ends. The main entry consists of a panel door with storm and sidelights; entablature above; concrete stoop. Windows are 6/6 vinyl DHS with wood surrounds. The side ell has a side gable roof with a shed dormer in front (east) roof slope. A central entry on the ell consists of a pane and panel door and storm; concrete stoop; entablature above. Windows here are 4-light false divided awnings. A pair of single-light casements are located in the gable end.
Historical Narrative: A plaque on the building notes the construction date of this building as 1891. This may be the date of alterations to the building, such as the patterned wood shingles on the primary facade.
